🏛 Traditional Edinburgh tenement building. As with many buildings in Edinburgh, the flat is accessed via a shared stair used by other residents. 🪜 Third floor apartment . The property is located on the third floor. There is no lift/elevator. 🛋 Sleeping arrangements. The flat can accommodate up to 8 guests, though please note that two of the beds are single sofa beds (in two of the three bedrooms). 🔇 Residential building . This is a quiet residential building with other long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, particularly late in the evening. 🚗 Parking . On-street parking is available nearby. Parking is free at weekends and paid during weekdays, in line with City of Edinburgh Council regulations. 🔥While the wood-burning stove is not for guest use in the summer months May - September.
